Kathy M. Oliver

Memorial services for Kathy Miller Oliver, age 72, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 9, 2024, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory in Dublin, Georgia.

Mrs. Oliver was born on August 2, 1952, in Dublin, Georgia. She was a graduate of Dublin High School and was a retired general manager with Lewis Battery and Electric in Baxley. She took pride in supporting her family. Her hobbies included working in her yard and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved hosting holiday meals for the family. She was preceded in death by her parents, J.D. and Lottie Horton Miller; sister, Jinnie Sapp and two brothers, Joel Miller and Ronnie Miller. Mrs. Oliver passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at her residence.

She is survived by her son, Michael (Dr. Tonia) Garrett of Hazlehurst; a daughter, Tara (Darrell) Holliday of Johns Creek; two sisters, Lynn Blackstock of Dublin and Shirley Wilkes of Martinez; grandchildren, Lauren Ashley (Zack) Herrington, Grant Garrett, William Garrett, Gabriel Garrett, Jay (Karleigh) Williams, Garrett Williams, Jordan (Rob) Dominguez, Tyler Holliday and Grayson Holliday; two great grandchildren, Brock Williams and Ivy Williams; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 10:45 A.M. at the funeral home.
