Kevin Mitchell Wicker

Funeral services for Kevin Mitchell Wicker, age 51 will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday, October 7, 2016 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Family Life Center, with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Greg Lowery, Rev. Rusty Brown, and Rev. Jeffrey Alligood will officiate. Mr. Wicker was born on November 13, 1964 in Macon, Georgia. He was employed at Farmers Furniture Distribution Center as a Safety and Administration Manager. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where he was a member of the Faithbuilders Sunday School Class. He was a member of JBAW Hunting Club where he served as President. Mr. Wicker passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Serenity Place. Mr. Wicker is survived by his wife, Katrina Williams Wicker of Cadwell, his father and mother, Rev. William M. "Billy" Wicker, Jr. and Grace Fennell Wicker of Dublin, 2 sons William Wicker of Cadwell, and Landon Wicker of Quantico, VA, 3 brothers, Jeff (Bernadette) Wicker of East Dublin, Jay (Laurie) Wicker of Dexter, and Thomas (Kerry) Wicker of Dublin. Pallbearers will be Mike Rowe, Jimmy Stephens, Rob Powell, Alan Scarbrough, David Anderson, and Chad Sapp. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until 3:45 P.M. on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Family Life Center. I lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Mr. Wicker to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Youth Group at 1697 GA Highway 126, Cadwell, GA 31009 or Serenity Place at 504 Parker Dairy Road, Dublin, GA 31021. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel have charge of funeral arrangements.
