Kimberly Bracewell Amerson

Funeral services for Kimberly Bracewell Amerson, age 38 will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Union Springs Baptist Church, with interment to follow at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Ray Harris will officiate. Mrs. Amerson was born on November 15, 1976 in Dublin, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her son, Kaleb Logan Amerson, and by her paternal grandfather, Jimmy Louie Bracewell. She has lived in Laurens County for the past 24 years. She was a loving wife and mother. She was a waitress for Off Kilter Restaurant. Mrs. Amerson passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015 at Fairview Park Hospital. Mrs. Amerson is survived by her husband, Daniel "Joey" Joe Amerson of Rentz, her father, Jimmy Russell (Jo) Bracewell of East Dublin, her mother, Bobbie Kay Register Bracewell of Rentz, 2 daughters, Kayleigh Rachel Amerson of Rentz, and Bailey Regan Amerson of Rentz, a sister, Kathy Marie Bracewell Misner of Cadwell, a step sister, Dee Anna Hastings of Lake Charles, Louisiana, a step brother, Dean (Lynn) Hastings of East Dublin, a paternal grandmother, Helen Ruth Bracewell of East Dublin, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pallbearers will be Brad Smith, Jeff Moore, Chad Burch, Dudley Pope, Tim Amerson, and Kenneth Amerson. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 26, 2015 from 12:30 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. at Union Springs Baptist Church. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
