Lamar Garrett

Graveside funeral services for Lamar Garrett, age 75, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 10, 2020 in Bluewater Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Myron Wise will officiate. Mr. Garrett was born January 30, 1945 in Dublin, Ga. He was the son of the late William Thurston and Annie Elizabeth Garrett. He worked as a carpet installer and was the owner of E & L Carpet for many years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Leroy, Thomas Jr., Katie, J.W., James Aubrey, R.L., Randall, Ray and Wendall. Mr. Garrett passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Fairview Park Hospital. Mr. Garrett is survived by his wife Eurma Garrett, son Jesse Garrett, daughter Paula Hayes (Tony), brothers Robert Clinton Garrett, Carl Raymond Garrett, and sister Oretha Warren. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
