Landrum "Skip" Williams

Graveside services or Mr. Landrum "Skip" Williams, age 83, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 17, 2020 in Dublin Memorial Gardens with Mr. Thurmon Foskey officiating. A livestream video will be on the Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory Facebook page during the service. Mr. Williams was born on September 22, 1937 in Greenwood, South Carolina. Skip was the son of the late Thomas Patterson Williams and Ethel Griffis Williams. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Emily Horne, Jake Williams, Bob Williams, Howard Williams, and Edwin Williams, and his son, John David Williams. He was co-owner of Williams Bros. Tile Company. Mr. Williams passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 at Fairview Park Hospital. Mr. Williams is survived by his sons, James "Jimmy" (Bobbie) Williams of Dublin, and Jason Theodore "Ted" (Ashley) Williams of Williamston, SC, and his daughter, Angela (David) Brown of Dublin, a brother, Raymond Patterson "Patty" Williams of Dublin, his sisters, Lois Hardin of Greenwood, SC, and Carrie Morse of Anderson, SC, and 6 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pace, Memphis, TN 38105. The family will receive friends at the home of Angela and David Brown at 173 Woodland Heights Rd, Dublin, GA 31021. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
