Leonard Andres Caro

Leonard Andres Caro, age 94, passed away Friday, November 1, 2024, at his residence.

Mr. Caro was born on October 22, 1930, in Concepcion, Chile. He made his home in Miami, Florida for many years and moved three years ago to Dublin to be with his family. He was a self-employed cabinet installer. He was an adventurer and world traveler. He was a pilot, diver and avid fisherman and loved to explore. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jorge Aparicio and Anna Maria Caro and his wife, Ursula Holz Caro.

He is survived by his daughter, Mariana Nicole Caro; two grandsons, Mathias VanBalveren and Michael VanBalveren (Angela); five great grandchildren, Tara, Tyler, Michael, Liam and Adam; and special extended family members, Jayne Anderson and Suzanne Auritt.

Mr. Caro was memorialized by cremation and at his request no formal services will be held.
