Lewis E. Greene

Graveside funeral services for Lewis E. Greene, age 70 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Mr. Thurmon Foskey will officiate. Mr. Greene was born January 29, 1949 in Dublin, Georgia. He was the son of the late Buford and Otha Graham Greene. He was self-employed as a truck driver. He served in the United States Army. He was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid fisherman, and he treasured his Vietnam hat. Mr. Greene passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Southlake Memorial in Clermont, Florida. Mr. Greene is survived by his 2 daughters, Christi Thompson of Newnan, and Kelly Lowe of Newnan, 2 brothers, Kenneth Greene of Clermont, FL, and Richard Greene of Carrolton, a sister, Sharon Meeks of Clermont, FL, and a loving friend, Inez Johnson of Dublin. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
