Margaret Regina Brown Gay

Funeral services for Margaret Regina Brown Gay, age 70, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 13, 2026, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Rusty Brown, Rev. Billy Glosson and nephew Chad Sapp will officiate.

Regina was born on December 3, 1955, in Dublin, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Timothy Brown and Margaret Lamb Brown, and a member of Dublin First Christian Church. She was a retired Medical Assistant for Dublin Area Dermatology. Regina enjoyed working as a substitute teacher for the Laurens County School System after retirement. Regina loved baking cakes, cooking, and spending time with her beloved family, especially her grandchildren. She passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at her residence.

Regina is survived by her husband, Mike Gay; three sons, Chris Sapp, Brad Sapp (Misty) and Matt Sapp (Donna); two daughters, Amanda Gay and April Gay; brother, Ralph Brown, Jr. (Connie); and four grandchildren, Jaden Sapp, Sydnee Sapp, Mattie Claire Sapp, and Colbee Sapp.

Pallbearers will be Ben Gay, Greg Graham, Josh Crews, B.J. Dixon, Bruce Rozar, and Michael Coleman.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the funeral home.
