Mary Louise "Lucy" Kight

Funeral services for Mary Louise "Lucy" Kight, 80, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 5, 2023, at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev. Curtis Sumner officiating. Burial will follow in the Kite City Cemetery.

Mrs. Kight was born on August 7, 1942, in Eastman, Georgia. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. Mrs. Kight passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at Wrightsville Manor Nursing Home.

She is survived by her husband, Kerald Kight of Wrightsville; two daughters, Carol Sue Kight Hall (David) and Mary Ann Kight Price (James) all of Wrightsville; sister, Eloise Crumley Franks of East Dublin; grandchildren, Julie Ann Price, James R. "Rob" Price, Rebecca Hall Starley, and Jonathan David Hall; and great grandchildren, Baker Mayes Starley, Tanner James Price and Tatum Reid Price.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Thursday at the church.

Pallbearers will be Rob Price, Jonathan Hall, Matt Starley, Davy Kight, Ron Farrow, and Jim Sumner.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
