Maxie Mae Lynn

Funeral services for Mrs. Maxie Mae Lynn, age 89, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Keith Smith will officiate. Maxie was born November 21, 1929 in Brewton, GA to parents Claude Lee Smith and Alma Mimbs Smith. She was a member of Henry Memorial Presbyterian Church. She was retired from Allen Bradley. She was preceded in death by her husband Neil William Lynn, sister Evelyn Sutton, brothers Leon Smith and Elbert Smith, and granddaughter Candi Sue Lynn. Maxie passed away Friday, September 27, 2019 at her home. She is survived by her sons William Michael Lynn, Mark Anthony Lynn and John Bruce Lynn, brother Hardy Smith, sisters Lois Palmer and Patsy Wallace, 3 grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Jeff Smith, Henry Whitfield, Gregg Raffield, Jason Raffield, Bill Smith and Bruce Horton. The family will receive friends Monday, September 30, 2019 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
