Mazie Holmes

Graveside funeral services for Mazie Ruth M. Holmes, age 84, will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Northview Cemetery. Ms. Holmes was born October 10, 1930 in Butler Georgia. She preceded in death by her parents, the late Lewis and Josie Hortman Myrick and her husband, Billy R. Holmes. She was retired from Robins Airforce Base as an electronics mechanic. Ms. Holmes loved to dance and she was a member of Dublin Moose Lodge 1609. Ms. Holmes passed away at her home Monday, October 20, 2014. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Couey of Dublin and Gail Lassiter of Oxford, GA, a brother, L.C. Myrick of Macon, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
