Melinda Joyce Poole

Melinda Joyce Poole, age 54, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia.

Mrs. Poole was born on May 19, 1969, in Sioux City, Iowa. For over 30 years she made Johnson County her home. She was a retired receiver with Fred's Distribution Center. She was preceded in death by her mother, Connie Moye, and her father-in-law Talmadge Poole.

Mrs. Poole is survived by her husband of 31 years, Andy Poole; her children, Sierra Boucher (Mikey), Justin Poole (Jessie) and Brittany Poole; brother, Jason Fleming; sister, Lisa Hutcheson; mother-in-law, Shirley Foskey Poole; sister-in-law, Melissa Coxwell (Wayne); and her granddaughters, Ryleigh Oliver, McKenzie Poole and Avery Poole.

A private graveside service will be held at Bay Springs Baptist Church Cemetery on Sunday, September 17, 2023.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville is in charge of the arrangements.
