Mickey Edward Evans

Mickey Evans, of Dublin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at his residence.

Mickey blessed this Earth with his presence on September 30, 1972. He was born to the late Edward Bertral Evans and the late Carolyn Pryor Evans.

Mickey was preceded in death by his beloved Grandmother, Mae Williams Pryor; Father, Edward Bertral Evans; Mother, Carolyn Mae Pryor Evans; Son, Justin Edward Evans.

Mickey leaves behind to cherish his memories his Best Friend of 17 yrs & Wife of 9 yrs, Charlie Snow Evans; daughter, Miranda Jade; Grandson, Ardie Ray Edward Evans; Loving and Devoted Sister & Kidney Donor, Linda (Terry) Sapp; Niece, Macy (Sandy) Elks; Uncle, Wayne Evans; Special Cousins, Mike & Todd Evans, Tommy Garrett, and Delisa ;Lifelong Friend & Ex-wife, Buffy Copas Evans; Best Friends, Glenn & Tabby Oliver; and special friend, Carlos Navidad.

Mickey graduated from Dublin High School & Swainsboro Tech in 1991, as a dual enrollment student, to become a Certified Electrical Contractor. He worked as an Electrician for my years with his Father, Ed; Uncle Wayne, and cousin Mike. Later on, Mickey and his Dad began M&E Electric.

To know Mickey, was to love Mickey. He has a personality and heart like no other. He was the definition of Life.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 3, 2024, at Minter Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory.
