Nellie Lyles

Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Faye Lyles, age 80, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Union Grove Calvary Holiness Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Jim Yeomans will officiate. Mrs. Lyles was born July 4, 1938 in Dublin, Georgia; she was preceded in death by her parents, the late Charlie McCoy, Sr. and Ruby Lee McCoy, her husband, Royce Tillman Lyles, her son, David Lyles, a grandson, Matt Carter and seven brothers & sisters. She was a member of Union Grove Calvary Holiness Church and was retired from Buckeye Industries as a supervisor. Mrs. Lyles passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018. She is survived by her daughters, JoAnn Register, Brenda Lord and Patricia (Danny) Carter all of Wrightsville, nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, December 21, 2018 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Joel Cochran, Peyton Hood, Spencer Couey, Jermaine Carswell, Casey Poole, Daniel Rudd, Craig White and Mike Wynn.
