Nelma Reese Stephens

Graveside funeral services for Nelma Reese Stephens, age 92 will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Rehobeth Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Sammy Hall will officiate. Mrs. Stephens was born February 19, 1928 in Wrightsville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Henry Walden and Eva Logue. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Cevette Reese and Steve Stephens. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Liberty Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Stephens passed away Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Scott Health and Rehab. Mrs. Stephens is survived by her 2 sons, Larry (Wanda) Reese of Wrightsville, and Johnny (Diane) Reese of Marietta, a daughter, Mabry (Kevin) McIntyre of Austin, TX, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
