Mrs. Pamela Clay Cook, age 78, passed away Friday, July 17, 2020 at Serenity Place Hospice.
Mrs. Cook was born on September 22, 1941 in Laurens County to the late George and Louise Curl Clay. Pam was an operator at Bellsouth for many years and worked for the East Dublin Post Office. She was a Master Cosmetologist and had her own shop at her home. Pam was a special lady to her family. For 42 years, she was a caregiver to her son, "Jimmy", who sustained injuries from an accident at the age of 16. She will be missed by her family and friends.
Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband James E. Cook and her brother Ronnie Clay. She is survived by her son James E. Cook Jr., her siblings David Clay, Sherry Forth, and Michael Clay, and several nieces and nephews.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later time.
