Patricia "Patsy" Williams Sumlin

A private memorial graveside service will be held at Northview Cemetery for Patricia, "Patsy", W. Sumlin at a later date. Ms. Sumlin passed away on June 6, 2022, after an extended illness. "Patsy" lived in Jacksonville, Fla. for more that 30 years where she retired from AT&T. She also volunteered at Argyle Elementary School for 6 yrs., where she loved all the children in her care. She was preceded in death by her parents M.C. Williams, Sr. and Juanita S. Williams, also three brothers – Allen, Ricky, and Tony Williams. She is survived by her very special "grandson" Will Lunsford Davis of Jacksonville, Fla., a sister Glenda W. Ricks of Rockledge, Ga, and a brother M.C. Williams Jr. of Macon, Ga. Also included is a very special extended family – Kerrie and Kevin Davis (and Bailey) and her best friend Ann Rosewell, all of Jacksonville. She will be missed by several nieces and nephews as well as many good friends in Jacksonville and Tina Davis in Connecticut. Family requests, in lieu of flowers any donations be made to Agape Care Georgia, 1111 A Hilcrest Parkway, Dublin, GA 31021. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
