Patsy Johnson Manning

Funeral services for Mrs. Patsy Johnson Manning, age 63, will be held on Friday, December 5, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with burial to follow at Manning Family Cemetery. Rev. Ed Ellington and Rev. Charles Bloodworth will officiate. Mrs. Manning was born October 2, 1951, in Dublin, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Lewis Wade Johnson. She was a lifelong resident of Laurens County. She loved spending time with her grandchildren who were the joys' of her life. She was a retired office manager at Southern Internal Medicine. She was a member of Centerville Baptist Church. Mrs. Manning passed away Monday, December 1, 2014, at her residence. Mrs. Manning is survived by her son, Jason Patrick Manning of Dublin, daughter, Julie Anne (Dan) Hooks of Dublin, her mother, Dora Louise Floyd Johnson, a brother, Denis Wade (Joy) Johnson of Dublin, a sister, Patricia (Claude) Lewis of Aynor, SC, 3 grandchildren, Linc Hooks, Maddie Hooks, and Jax Manning all of Dublin, nieces and nephews, Chris Perry, Emily Peterson, Allison Sellers, Aaron Manning, Jay Harrell, Lee Harrell, Kimber Lewis, Kris Lewis, and Paige Lewis. Pallbearers will be Phillip Shephard, Rodney Dykes, Victor Adams, Tim Passamore, Mitch Fulford, Patrick Johnson, Lee Harrell, John Sellars, Cody Lord, Pace Tyson, Eric Vickers, Freeman Shepard. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 5, 2014, from 1:00 P.M. until the funeral hour at the funeral home.
