Penny Lee Blalock

Funeral services for Penny Lee Blalock, age 63, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, October 25, 2024, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with burial to follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Pastor Joe Gabbard will officiate.

Mrs. Blalock was born on February 23, 1961, in Swainsboro, Georgia. She was a former manager with Krispy Chic in Vidalia. She was a happy and fun-loving person who loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to cook and enjoyed feeding people. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Hood and Elon Watts Grant and her husband, Terry Harrison. Mrs. Blalock passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. Blalock is survived by her two sons, Michael Harrison (Sweets) and Shane Hairr (April): two daughters, Terri Lee Lathan (Daniel) and Delaine Evans (Todd): brother, Earl Hood, Jr. (Connie); grandchildren, Daylon Hairr, Devin Renfro, Damin Renfro, Dylan Ward, Damon Ward, Kylan Evans, D.J. Lathan and Jayla Lathan.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Ward, Damon Ward, D.J. Lathan, William Brantley, Todd Evans and Gage Brantley.

The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. at the funeral home. The family are also meeting at the home of Delaine Evans, 121 Meadow Lark Lane, Dublin, GA 31021.
