Phillip Wayne O'Neal

Phillip Wayne O'Neal, age 76, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Fairview Park Hospital. Mr. O'Neal was born on September 21, 1944, in Laurens County, Georgia. He was a United States Army Veteran and was a retired Wal-Mart associate. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivy and Evelyn O'Neal and his granddaughter, Amber O'Neal. He is survived by his spouse, Sue Blount O'Neal of Dublin, a brother, Corbett O'Neal (Patsy) of Warner Robins, son, Tracy O'Neal (Sharon) of Knoxville, TN, daughter, Heather O'Neal Kaiser (Johnny) of Tennille, grandchildren, Ashley O'Neal (Ron), Haley O'Neal (Donald), Taylor O'Neal (Daniel) all of Dandridge, TN, Cassie Sumner of Tennille, Shelby Sumner (Mario) of Savannah, and Jeffrey Shell (Melissa) of Cochran, and 9 great grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held in Westview Cemetery in Wrightsville at a later date. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
