Funeral services for Quinelle Williamson Moorman, age 87 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 19, 2017 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Kevin Tanner and Rev. Barbara Nelson will officiate.
Mrs. Moorman was born on June 8, 1930 in Telfair County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Allen N. and Nina Mae Taylor Williamson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James F. Moorman, and by her son, Johnny Parker Moorman. She was a member of Lovett United Methodist Church. She was a retired seamstress from Dublin Garment. Mrs. Moorman passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Serenity Place.
Mrs. Moorman is survived by her daughter-in-love, Peggy (Al) Williams of Macon, a grandchild, Chris (Kelly) Moorman, a great-grandchild, Chance Moorman, and many loving friends and neighbors.
Pallbearers will be Leo Kight, Ricky Kight, Scotty Kight, Van Moorman, Tom Kight, and Darrell Garnto.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Breanna Tanner, Connor Tanner, Gavin Washburn, and Trevor Washburn.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to Mrs. Moorman's caregivers, Kristen Garnto, Judy Moorman, and Emily Kight for the love and support you showed Mrs. Moorman over the past few months.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at the funeral home.
