Richard Daniel Copas

Memorial Services for Richard Daniel Copas, age 67 will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 10, 2022, at Marie Baptist Church. Rev. Myron Wise and Rev. Bobby Hutto will officiate. Mr. Copas was born March 7, 1954, in Fort Pierce, Florida. He was the son of the late Challey Lee Copas and Madlian Lillian Bardell. He was retired carpenter. He was a member of Marie Baptist Church. Mr. Copas passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Atrium Health Navicent Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Copas is survived by his wife, Donna Copas of Dublin; a son Richard (Suzanne) D. Copas, II of East Dublin; a daughter Buffy Copas Evans of Dublin, a grandson, Justin Evans, 2 great-grandchildren, Ardieray Evans, and Joeci Johnson, several nieces and nephews, and his 2 fur babies, Gigi and Boo-Boo. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
