Rita L. Foskey

Funeral services for Rita Lynn Foskey, age 68 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in the Richard N. Stanley, Jr. Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory. Rev. Craig Foskey will officiate.

Mrs. Foskey was born February 8, 1957, in Bluefield, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Walter Walk and Mildred Presley. She is also preceded death by her sister, Louise Walk. She was of the Christian Faith. She was a retired caregiver and homemaker. Mrs. Foskey passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026, at her residence.

Mrs. Foskey is survived by her husband, James Foskey; a daughter, April (Robert) Davis; 2 brothers, Tommy Seaman and Larry Walk; 2 sisters, Edith Stavely and Susan Dickerson; a grandchild, Shayla Reece; and a 2 great-grandchildren, Kashton Reece and Mya Rose Cheely.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday February 4, 2026, at the funeral home.
