Robert Junior Braswell

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Junior Braswell, age 72, will be held at 2: 00 P.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the Richard N. Stanley Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Westview Cemetery. Rev. Larry Glover, Rev. Freddie Hogg and Rev. Ron Bracewell will officiate. Mr. Braswell was born August 21, 1943 in Wrightsville, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his parents, the late Robert Lee Braswell & Vidella Hilda Brantley Braswell, a son, Robert Harris Braswell and a daughter, Becky Waters. He was retired from Claxton Transport as a truck driver and was of the Nazarene faith. Mr. Braswell passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Fairview Park Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Melany Braswell, two sons, Trent (Windy) Braswell and Eddie (Michelle)Braswell all of Wrightsville, three daughters, Dawn (David) Pollett of Wrightsville, Denise (Roger) Stripling of Ivey and Monica (Jamie) Swint of Sandersville, a brother, Russell Braswell of Wrightsville, two sisters, Willa Logue of Gray and Louise Clark of Dublin, 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday, November 9, 2015 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jeff McCoy, Lanier McCoy, Jeff Smith, William Smith, Frank Brantley and Wendell Brantley. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
