Robert Lamar Daniel

Funeral services for Robert Lamar Daniel, age 87 will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, November 24, 2019 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Nolon McDaniel will officiate. Mr. Daniel was born January 7, 1932 in Rentz, Georgia. He was the son of the late Robbie Lee and Mary Christine Woodard Daniel. He was preceded in death by his brothers Mike Daniel and H.W. Daniel, and a sister Jean Daniel Braswell. He served as a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force where he had 26 years of service serving tours in the Korean Conflict and Vietnam. Mr. Daniel passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Fairview Park Hospital. Mr. Daniel is survived by his son, Robbie T. Daniel of Biloxi, MS, a daughter, Connie S. Daniel Baker of Ozark, AL, a brother, Billy Daniel of Rentz, a sister, Barbara Pope of Dublin, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until 2:45 P.M. Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Matt Daniel, George Brack, Brian Baker, Michael Logan, Robbie Troy Daniel, and Brice Daniel. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
