Robert James Garnto

Mr. Robert James Garnto, age 68 passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Cadwell, Georgia on December 16, 1950 and had lived in Chester, Georgia for the past 27 years. He was retired from the United States Army having served in the Vietnam War. Mr. Garnto was preceded in death by his father Edward Garnto and his mother Oreta Upshaw Garnto. He is survived by wife Juanita Marie Baublitz Garnto of Chester, by son Charles R. (Casi) Lynch III of Chester, by daughters Debbie A. (Hank) Kolesar of Chester, J. Nicole (Jonny) Terry of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Heather (Jeff) Hill-Wilson of Millen, and Samantha (Trey) Waites of Dublin, by sisters Nan Brown, Judy McCant, and Joy Bunn, and by nine grandchildren. The family will be holding a private service. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
