Ronnie Ken Tanner

Graveside funeral services for Ronnie Ken Tanner, age 68 will be held at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at Westview Cemetery. Rev. Louis Pearce and Rev. Brian Welch will officiate.

Mr. Tanner was born September 9, 1954, in Sandersville, Georgia. He was the son of the late Thomas Roy and Doris Brantley Tanner. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Tony Tanner. He was employed with W.F. Jackson Construction Company. He was a member of Ivey Baptist Church. He loved and had a passion for music, racing, farming, but most of all spending quality time with his family. Mr. Tanner passed away Friday, May 26, 2023, at Augusta University Hospital.

Mr. Tanner is survived by his loving wife; Debra Tanner of Wrightsville, 2 daughters; Renae Beth Tanner of Wrightsville, and Heather Tanner (Tyler) Holt of Wrightsville, sister-in-law; Sue Tanner, a special nephew; Thomas (Jessica) Tanner, a niece; Rebekah Reddish; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Brantley, Wendell Brantley, Edd Tanner, Rex Powell, Doug Tanner, Toby Mask, Randy Tanner, and Greg Oliver.
