Ruby L. Miller

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby L. Miller, age 84, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the Richard N. Stanley Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Westview Cemetery. Dr. Tom Akins will officiate. Mrs. Miller was born July 9, 1934 in Wrightsville, Georgia; she was preceded in death by her parents, the late Eugene Price and Nettie Mae Mitchell Bennett, her husband, Hilton Miller and a daughter, Jeannie Price Rowan. She was retired from the packing department at Spring City Mills. Mrs. Miller passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019. She is survived by three daughters, Irma Boone and Janie McNeely both of Wrightsville and Betty (John) Ware of East Dublin, seven grandchildren, Allison (Trey) Dekle, Amy (Chan) Jackson, Donnie (Celete) Boone, Amanda (Jonathon) Scott, Byron McNeely and Maple Biggs and Harry Rowan and 11 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Greg Barber, Johnny Scarborough, Chan Jackson, Trey Dekle, Bill Josey and Todd Sweat . Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
