Sally Ree Andrews

Funeral services for Sally Ree Andrews, age 82 will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Baker Baptist Church, with interment to follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Joey Diers will officiate.   Mrs. Andrews was born on May 16, 1934 in Sandersville, Georgia.  She was the daughter of the late Thomas Elsie and Mamie Bowen Horton.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Andrews, and by 8 siblings.  She was a member of Baker Baptist Church where she was a member of the Young at Heart Sunday School Class.  She was a machine operator for Oxford Shirt Factory.  She was also worked at Briar Patch Day Care.  Mrs. Andrews passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017.   Mrs. Andrews is survived by her son, James Eddie (Seralyn) Andrews of Irwinton, a grandchild, Ashley Eddie (Christina) Andrews of Tennille, 2 step grandchildren, Heather Youngblood of Sandersville, and Lori Thompson of Byron, 4 step great grandchildren, Macy Youngblood, Taylor Youngblood, Rachel Thompson, and Sarah Thompson, and caring friend, Linder Suggs of Dublin.   Pallbearers will be Steven Scott, Darrel Bolden, Richard Andrews, Donny Riner, Matt Connor, and Van Savage.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Garvis Youngblood, Bobby Holton, Kevin Wickizer, Jeffery Coleman, Blake Coleman, and Josh Bedingfield.   The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:45 P.M. on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Baker Baptist Church.   Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel have charge of funeral arrangements.
