Mrs. Sandra Gwendolyn Bass, age 66 passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Serenity Place. Mrs. Bass was born on May 28, 1950 in Lumber City, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Guy and Minnie Powell. She was a retired Secretary and Bookkeeper. There will not be any memorial services at this time. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
