Shelly Hall Smith

Funeral services for Mrs. Shelly Chearie Hall Smith, age 38, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 18, 2017 at Brown Memorial Baptist Church with interment to follow at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Andy Carter and Rev. Randy Adams will officiate. Mrs. Smith was born August 22, 1978 in Augusta, Georgia but has made her home in Johnson County for the past five years after having come from Emanuel County. She was preceded in death by her father, the late Ricky Hall. She was a homemaker, who attended Brown Memorial Baptist Church and was a member of the Johnson County Historical Society. Mrs. Smith passed away Monday, August 14, 2017 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, Donald Smith, a daughter, Lexi Radford, five sons, Chandler Radford, Shelton (Christin) Smith, Jordan (Ashton) Smith all of Wrightsville, Joshua Radford and Christopher Radford of Norristown, her mother, Betty Williams Hall of Dellwood, two sisters, Angela (Michael) Dobson of Cobbtown and Jennifer (James) Ely of Swainsboro and three grandchildren, Riley Smith, Jaycee Smith and Skylar Smith. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Dylan Tyson, Mark Crosby, Ron Bray, Chris Fields, Tim Keyton, Kevin Brantley and Ben Radford. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 632 Pringle Road, Wrightsville, Georgia 31096 or to the Johnson County Historical Society, 40 Will Tom Circle, Wrightsville, Georgia 31096. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
