Shirley Ann Evans

Funeral services for Shirley Ann Evans, age 78 will be held Friday, March 1, 2019 at Rentz Baptist Church with interment to follow at Rentz City Cemetery. Rev. Tom Vann will officiate. Mrs. Evans was born September 3, 1940 in Dexter, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late William D. and Eva Mae Fountain Evans. She was a retired seamstress for Shamrock Manufacturing. She was a member of Rentz Baptist Church. Mrs. Evans passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Southeast Healthcare in Dothan, Alabama. Mrs. Evans is survived by her son, Paul William Morrill of Louisiana, 2 daughters, Linda Sue Alligood Breward of Lakeland, FL, and Carol Ann Morrill of East Dublin, 2 stepsons, John Paul Regan of Colorado, and Joseph Morrill of California, 5 stepdaughters, Patricia Ann Regan of Colorado, Valarie Regan of Chicago, Marie Morrill of Inglewood, Colorado, Sherri Morrill of Brewer Main, and Jonie Regan, a sister, Ethel Mae Evans Browning of Dublin, a former husband, Charles Davis of Blakely, and a friend, Glynda W. Hendley of Dexter. The Deacons of Rentz Baptist Church will serve as Pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. Friday, March 1, 2019 at Rentz Baptist Church. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
