Funeral services for Stevie Lee Willis, age 71, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 7, 2024, at Wesley Chapel Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Thurmon Foskey will officiate.


Mr. Willis was born on May 17, 1953, in Gordon, Georgia. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of Wesley Chapel Methodist Church. He was an automotive mechanic and was the owner of Steve's Auto Repair. He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Edward Willis and his former wife Jackie Glover Willis. Mr. Willis passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at Dublin Trails.


He is survived by his mother, Rosa Jane Willis of Wrightsville; a son, Richie Willis of Dublin; a daughter, Stephanie Willis of Dublin; brothers, David (Patty) Willis of Dublin, Jimmy (Brenda) Willis and Harvey (Paige) Willis of Dublin; and grandchildren, Sierra Willis, Elijah Kilgore and Logyn Willis, all of Dublin.


The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. on Thursday at the church.


Pallbearers will be Ashley Willis, Jason Willis, Adam Willis, Elijah Kilgore, Grady Starley, Jared Lord and Logyn Willis.


In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wesley Chapel Church, 515 Old Watermelon Rd, Tennille, GA 31089.


Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
