Graveside funeral services for Sylvia Morton Williams, age 87 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 22, 2024, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Chaplain Andy Williams and Mr. Kenny Phillips will officiate.
Mrs. Williams was born January 23, 1937, in Dublin, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Ellett George Morton and Madia Lee Cox Morton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph D. Williams, and her daughter, Cathy Phillips. She was a Homemaker. She was a member of First Independent Methodist Church. Mrs. Williams passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at her residence.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her 2 daughters, Cynthia (Anthony) Vergara of Cumming, and Cindy (Terry) Rogers of Dudley; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
