Tammy Michelle Brannen Smith

Funeral services for Tammy Michelle Brannen Smith, age 58 will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Liberty Baptist Church, with interment to follow at 4:00 P.M. at Farmdale Baptist Church Cemetery in Sylvania, Georgia. Rev. Chris Dixon will officiate. Mrs. Smith was born July 12, 1962 in Sylvania, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Helen B. Bazemore, and paternal grandparents, Ralph and Exie O. Brannen. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She was an employee at Farmers Furniture for 35 years. She loved attending West Laurens High School football games. She was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. She loved spending time by the pool, and at Tybee Island. She especially loved any time spent with family and friends. Mrs. Smith passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at Memorial University Hospital in Savannah. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Charles David Smith of Dublin, her parents, Roger Curtis Brannen, Sr. and Sandra Bazemore Brannen of Sylvania, a son, Dylan B. Smith of Dublin, and 2 stepsons, Josh Smith of Brunswick, and Brock Smith of Dublin, 4 grandchildren, Case David Smith, Coleman Smith, Ashton Smith, and Jacob Smith, 1 brother, Roger (Cindy) Brannen of Sylvania, a nephew, Justin Brannen of Sylvania, a aunt, Vera P. Bazemore of Sylvania, and many cousins, and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Kevin Braddy, David Brown, Brandon McAllister, Joey Knight, Matthew Chadwick, Robbie Bazemore, and Rick Chadwick. The family will receive friends following the graveside in the fellowship hall of Farmdale Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Mrs. Smith to Libertyville Kidz C/O Liberty Baptist Church at 102 Corporate Square, Suite D, Dublin, GA 31021 or to Farmdale Baptist Church building fund C/O Joy Tuten 140 Heather Lane, Sylvania, GA 30467. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
