Thomas James Coady

A funeral mass for Mr. Thomas James Coady, age 81, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Jacob Almeter officiating. Mr. Coady was born July 22, 1935 in Galway, Ireland but has made his home in Dublin, Georgia since 2003. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late John & Mary Coady, a son, Sean Leslie Coady and six siblings, Claire Daley, Katherine Wicht, Maura Coady, Carmel Melia, Martin Coady and Joseph Coady. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus Council 11637. For a number of years he was active in Special Olympics and was formerly the baseball coach at Queen of Angels Catholic School in San Fernando, CA. He was retired from the Nestle Corporation as an Operations Engineer. Mr. Coady passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Coady of Dublin, three sons, Mark Coady of Playa del Ray, CA, Patrick (Kelli) Coady of St. Joseph, MO and Liam Coady of Dublin, a brother, Daniel Coady of England, a sister, Julia (Patrick) Kelley of Ireland, a grandson, Connor Coady and several nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends from 6:00 until 8:00 Friday, November 25, 2016 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home & Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
