Venita Martin Jordan

Venita Martin Jordan, age 83, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Fairview Park Hospital. Mrs. Jordan was born on May 17, 1938, in Augusta, Georgia. She worked for Smiths Jewelers and was a member First Baptist Church of Dublin. She loved our Lord, her family, and her friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Pauline Martin, husband James Bruce Jordan, Jr., and daughter Janet DeNita Jordan. Mrs. Jordan is survived by her son James Bruce Jordan III (Debbie), and daughter Cathy Dianne Smith (Lee), sister Carole Kohler, brother David Martin, and 4 grandchildren, James Brian Jordan, Heather Smith, Caylee Smith, and Jordan Dean. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Jordan's memory to a charity of the donor's choice. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of arrangements.
