Wanda Powell Kyzer

Funeral service for Wanda Powell Kyzer, age 79, will be held at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 27, 2022 in the Richard N. Stanley Jr. Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home with burial to follow in Westview cemetery. Dr. Tom Akins will officiate. Mrs. Kyzer was born April 10, 1943 in Wrightsville, Georgia. She lived in Macon for 60 years and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents Gaston Lowell Powell and Velma Dean Tanner Powell. Mrs. Kyzer passed away Sunday, April 24, 2022 at her home under hospice care. She is survived by her husband Donald Ray Kyzer of Macon, son Loran Kyzer of Macon, daughter Carla Maddox (Don) of Juliette, brother Thomas Powell (Debra) of East Dublin, sister Martha Keyton (James) of Wrightsville, and three grandchildren Tori Maddox, Taylor Harris (Jordan) and Kaitlyn Hunnicutt. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
