Willa Jean Bracewell

Funeral services for Mrs. Willa Jean Bracewell, age 90, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 13, 2017 at Jefferson Street Baptist Church. Rev. Darren Talley will officiate. Mrs. Bracewell was born in Dublin, Georgia on March 31, 1927. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Ray Bracewell, her father, Alton Gary Moore, her mother, Ethel Harden Moore, and grandson, James Bracewell. A member and long time Sunday school teacher at Jefferson Street Baptist Church and beautician who owned her own business, Mrs. Bracewell passed away Monday, October 9, 2017. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Smith of New Smyrna Beach, FL, by her son, Bill Bracewell (Celeste), of Richmond, California, by 8 grandchildren, Christina Lovaas, Michael Bracewell (Rachelle), Mary Bracewell, Ranna Edwards (Ken), Robby Smith (Jessica), Laura Caitlin Smith, Patrick Brady (Leslie), and Adrienne Burton (Scott), and by 11 great grandchildren Pallbearers will be Elwin Bracewell, Michael Bracewell, Robby Smith, Ken Edwards, Kenny Foxx, and Bobby Smith. The family will receive friends Friday, October 13, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 noon in the Chapel of Jefferson Street Baptist Church.
