Willard Fleeman Mcneal

Graveside services for Willard Fleeman McNeal, age 93, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May, 15, 2025, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. David Thompson will officiate.

Mr. McNeal was born on July 13, 1931, in Wheeler County, Georgia. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Education. He served on the Laurens County Rescue Squad for 23 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Dublin, the American Legion, past president of the AFGE, and member and past president of Woodmen of the World. He was retired from the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center and a retired teacher with the Georgia Department of Corrections. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Herschel McNeal and Sara Fleeman McNeal. Mr. McNeal passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Reba NeSmith McNeal of Dublin; 2 sons, Ronnie G. McNeal of Dublin and Randy J. (Rebecca) McNeal of Montrose; daughter, Debra D. (Brian) Perkins of San Diego, CA; granddaughter, Rachel Renee (Ryan) Jones of Rochelle; and great grandkids, Ryder Jayce Ingram and Rayden Chance Jones.
