William C. Beasley

William C. Beasley, age 82, of East Dublin passed away Friday, August 9, 2019 at Serenity Place. He was born August 10, 1936 in Soperton, Georgia to parents George Estus Beasley and Lucille Wood Beasley. He was a diesel mechanic for Benton Motors. He is survived by his sons Adrian V. Beasley, David Beasley both of Greensboro, Joe Beasley of Cumming, and Ronnie Beasley of Lake City, FL, his daughters Wanda McClendon of Greensboro, Dee Dee Atkinson and Bambi Beasley both of Gainesville, FL, sisters Myrtle Hall, Margaret Crabb, and Flora Mae (Duck) Lumley all of East Dublin, and Betty Burgamy of Anchorage, AK, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, August 11, 2019 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel with burial to follow in Bethsaida Church Cemetery. Dr. Curtis Lysaker, Rev. James Covington, and Rev. Kelly Maddox will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Gregg Crabb, Rob Phillips, Phillip Beasley, Rodney Ashley, Jeff Crabb and Tim Hutchins. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
