William M. Contreras

Memorial service for Mr. William Michael Contreras, age 96, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 26, 2016 at the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel. Mr. Contreras was born May 2, 1919 in Hoboken, New Jersey; he was preceded in death by his parents, the late Michael & Mary Addas Contreras and his wife, Faye Holmes Contreras. He was a veteran World War II having served with the United States Army Air Force. He also attended the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mr. Contreras passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at his residence. He is survived by his brother-in law and Sister-law, Hershel "Butch" and Dianne Holmes of Colorado Springs, Colorado and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to Integrity Hospice, 1101 Hillcrest Parkway, Suite B, Dublin, Georgia 31021. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel have charge of funeral arrangements.
