William Pierce Walden

Funeral services for William Pierce Walden, age 84 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 26, 2024, at Bethsaida Baptist Church, with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Roger Walden will officiate.

Mr. Walden was born March 20, 1939, in Shiloh, Georgia. He was the son of the late Jesse David and Willie Lee Purdee Walden. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Grace Windaline Warren Walden. He served in the United States Navy and was retired from Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church. Mr. Walden passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024, at his residence.

Mr. Walden is survived by his 2 sons, Roger (Pamela) Walden, and Kevin (Theresa) Walden; 5 grandchildren, Bryan (Kelli) Walden, Brittany (Michael) Montgomery, Justin Walden, Dylan Walden, and Jonathan (Olivia) Walden; and 2 great-grandchildren, Lennox Kate Walden, and Lucas Riker Walden.
